Cancellation policy
We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while ensuring that our time and scheduling are respected. This policy enables us to maintain a fair and reliable service for all our clients.
1. Notice Period
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled service.
Notice can be given via phone, text message, or Facebook Messenger.
2. Cancellations Made with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice
If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, a $50 late cancellation fee will apply.
This fee covers lost travel time, scheduling disruptions, and preparation time.
3. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows
If we arrive and are unable to complete the job due to:
the property being inaccessible,
the job being cancelled on the spot, or
the client not being present (when required for access),
then a $70 no-show / same-day cancellation fee will apply.
4. Wet Weather
We do not charge cancellation fees if we need to postpone due to unsafe or unsuitable weather (e.g., rain / heatwave), or other things outside of our control. We will contact you to reschedule at the earliest available time.
5. Repeated Cancellations
Clients who cancel or reschedule repeatedly at short notice may be required to pre-pay for future services to retain their booking slot.
